We are equally flexible in our provision of training services and organize programs that can be run at client's own premises, a tour training institution, or anotherconvenientvenue.Weconductsurprise checks at our customer sites. At the customer site all logbooks and registers maintained by our guards are inspected. In case of defaults, suitable action is taken. Random checks ensure discipline as well as alertness.

Qualitative Requirements

Security Officers

  • Minimum Qualification Graduate or above
  • Frontline Ex-Army Preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of securiy experience
  • Communication skill must be excelent
  • Age Minimum of 35 years
  • Age Maximum of 45 years

Security supervisor

  • Minimum Qualification 12+2
  • Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Well Groomed
  • Height must be 5.8
  • Written and verbal communication skill
  • Smart, Honest & Strong
  • Quality of a good team leader

Security Guards

  • Minimum Qualification 8th pass or above
  • Medically Fit.
  • Can Read & Write Hindi & English
  • Knowledge & use of First Aid Box
  • Minimum Height 5.6" and above
  • Use of Automatic & Manual Metal Detector

Qualitative Requirements (Ground Manpower)

Site Manager

  • Graduates preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Should have strong communication skills (written & Oral)
  • Perfect team player.
  • Physically fit.
  • Quality assurance efficiency.
  • Ability to train
  • Business development mindset
  • Efficient enough to maintain and control documentation work
  • A mentor and a guide

Supervisor

  • Minimum qualification 10+2
  • 2-3 years of work experience in similar job
  • Well groomed.
  • Should have leadership qualities.
  • Smart, sensible and honest.. Strong communication skills.. Respectful and customer service oriented

Cashier

  • Minimum qualification a degree or diploma holder.
  • 2-3 years of work experience in similar job
  • Well groomed.
  • Should have leadership qualities.
  • Smart, sensible and honest.. Strong communication skills.. Respectful and customer service oriented
  • Should be good in computer skills.
  • Respectful with good communication skills.

Traffic Warden

  • Minimum qualification 10+2, preferably graduate
  • Highly efficient to work in demanding environment.
